Privacy notice — Worker pre-registration

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Name and surname, photo, email, phone, professional roles, years of experience, place of residence and work areas, availability, accommodation needs, languages spoken, description, work experience and, if you upload it, your CV.

Please do not include special categories of data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.) in your description or CV.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

To create your profile on Chef-moi and, once the platform is live, make it visible to hospitality businesses and private clients looking for staff so they can contact you (legal basis: your consent and the performance of the service you request).

To let you know when the platform is live and to send messages about your profile (e.g. update reminders).

Chef-moi is a job board: we do not select candidates on behalf of businesses and we take no part in employment negotiations.

4. Who sees your data

Once activated, your profile (photo, first name and surname initial, roles, experience, availability, languages, description) is visible to site visitors; phone and email are visible to registered users only.

Data is stored by providers acting on our behalf as processors: Supabase (database, servers in the European Union) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Any transfer outside the EU relies on GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long we keep it

As long as your profile is active. Profiles not updated for 24 months are deleted after an email notice. You can ask for deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email@negozio.it]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Minimum age

The service is for adults (18+) only.
